Over our 12+ years building and launching multiple businesses together, we’ve experienced the full spectrum of entrepreneurial highs and lows; we’ve endured incredibly stressful situations that tested our resilience and we’ve enjoyed professional victories that fueled us with motivation and energized creativity.

We have come to understand that our ability to maneuver through these highs and lows is a direct result of the quality and caliber of our partnership. Our decision to recognize our partnership as an essential, meaningful relationship deserving of conscious care is the bedrock of our continued success and the cornerstone of our sense of professional fulfillment.

We appreciate that many entrepreneurs associate success with a profitable exit followed by opportunities to leverage their expertise to serve in advisory roles or create their own investment funds.

However, our success story is one of exiting each entrepreneurial venture with an in-tact partnership and a nuanced understanding of how to cultivate and sustain a strong co-founder relationship.

We recognize that establishing a healthy, nourishing, equitable partnership requires serious investments of every kind; it’s a financial investment, a time investment and an emotional investment that all combine to constitute the foundation every other component of your business is built upon.

Considering that 65% of high-potential startups fail due to co-founder conflicts, we believe investing in your partnership creates a competitive advantage and establishes a stable path toward future success.

This is why we created the XX Partnerships program.

We built XX Partnerships by distilling key lessons and valuable takeaways from our own partnership experience combined with our years researching the attributes of modern leaders and creators.

We transformed this distillation into a series of core pillars that represent the fundamental building blocks we believe every professional partnership needs in order to achieve long-term success.

This program serves as a guide for navigating each of the seven core pillars.

Through a series of sessions built on conversational and interactive prompts, we will thoughtfully uncover the insights and information needed to create a customized blueprint for your partnership.

Your unique partnership blueprint, which you will receive to close our time working through the program together, can be used as an on-going resource to reference for successfully managing the ebbs and flows of your evolving partnership.

Co-founders for over a decade, Allison Rapson and Kassidy Brown have developed a prosperous business partnership that leverages their combined backgrounds in content production, real estate development, design, public speaking and community gathering. Emboldened by their first-hand experiences, Rapson and Brown have gone on to establish themselves as successful businesswomen with inspiring insights on the dynamics of modern leadership, power and creativity.

The duo first began their entrepreneurial partnership in 2013 with the launch of their production studio. During this period they produced, directed and hosted a ground-breaking episodic series titled, “A Woman’s Place: Documenting the Front Lines of Feminism.” Rapson and Brown traveled to eight countries to embed themselves with female leaders, artists and activists to experience the varied expressions of future-focused problem solving. Licensed to Refinery29, the series was a breakout hit garnering millions of views with an audience demand for more.

In 2018, Rapson and Brown began building The XX Venue (XXV). This brick- and-mortar venture now operates as a beautifully reconstructed 15,000SF independent art gallery, cultural center and private venue located on the North Williamsburg waterfront in Brooklyn, New York. Both the physical space and its mission serve as an urban sanctuary that actualizes their continued desire to champion the ideas and contributions of modern leaders and creators.

The co-founders have now broadened their professional offerings to include working with other co-founders and creative partners to provide counsel, guidance and advice for achieving and maintaining partnership success.
